Golf Course & Swimming Pool Complex

Hindustan Copper Limited invites Expression of Interest from sports, entertainment or tourism organization/clubs or firms/individuals to operate a golf course and swimming pool complex with ancillary facilities on lease basis.

Sprawling Moubhandar Golf Club and Swimming Pool complex near Ghatsila was founded by the British in 1927. This Golf Club had witnessed various national level tournaments in earlier years. The club is affiliated with all reputed clubs of Jamshedpur and is also a member of All India Golf Club Association.

The Nine-hole Golf Course with boundary walls is well maintained with lush-green turf surrounded by tall Sal trees. The panoramic view is breath-taking which can be equally enjoyed from the club house which has large transparent glass panels.

The Golf Club covers a total area of 52.5 acres land. Besides this, there is a club house which has covered area of about 437 sq. metres. The main building has a well-planned bar, change rooms for ladies and gents and a pantry. These are toilets, courtyards, verandah and servant quarters.

There is a swimming pool with an area of about 766 sq. m. adjacent to the Golf Club. The pool measures 21.2 m X 9 m. It has a maximum depth 2.75 m and minimum depth of 1.2 m. It has additional facilities like covered shed, pumping and water filtration arrangements. There are arrangements for change room and shower for ladies as well as gents. There is a small park. Facilities of toilets is also available.
